Remove scrollbar in middle of screen

  I’m having some trouble trying to remove the scrollbar in the middle of the screen when the font size is increased. I want to create a single page with a single scrollbar on the right, not two separate ‘windows’ with a scrollbar in the middle and a non-mobile menu. Any ideas how to solve this?

  This only happens on a laptop or PC, not on my mobile phone.
