Remove ‘search’ and ‘google map’ on website

  Hi, I have a self-hosted WordPress website. I need help with below issues,
  1) ‘Search’ widget or setting seems to appear on every page and category. I am not able to remove it. How do I remove it?
  2) On the Contact Us page, there is ‘phone, fax number’ and ‘google map’ which is not necessary for me. Please help to remove.
