Remove search widget in main sidebar?

  I can not remove my search widget from the main sidebar. The admin widget panel shows it as removed, however the site still has the search widget in the main sidebar. Any thoughts?

  What sidebar? The blog linked to your username doesn’t have a sidebar. If you’re referring to the searchbox at the top right corner of your blog, that’s built into the theme: you can’t remove it without the Custom Design upgrade.

  To remove the search box from the top navigation area in the Twenty Eleven theme, try the following example by adding the CSS to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor and clicking the preview button:
