remove self-hosted blog from My Blogs

  I have three blogs that show up on My Blogs. I have canceled my self-hosted blog (peripheralperceptions.org) but understand staff needs to manually remove this site from My Blogs. Please do so as soon as possible. The email associated with the self-hosted blog is the one I want to use on my peripheralperception.wordpress.com blog but cannot seem to update the personal settings because it’s already in use.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
