Remove shadow around latex equations and images for the Chateau theme
-
Hi guys,
Can anyone help me figure out how to remove the shadow around latex equations and images (e.g., on this page: http://junkailu.com/2014/05/08/detectabilitycheck/)? I’ve tried all kinds of codes for the style.css, but none of them works. I am using the Chateau theme. I did not buy the Premium, but I have the custom domain upgrade.
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for your reply, but it still does not work… I just noticed that under the CSS list on the left side of my page, it says:
“This feature is a part of the Premium Plan. Purchase to make it live or exit the preview.”
Does it mean that the only way to use this customized CSS feature is to purchase the Premium plan?
Thanks!

It seems that this function is only available with a paid account.

Your other option is to create a self hosted wordpress.org website which would give you much more control over the design and plugins that you can use.

Hi again. @junkailu
You can buy the separated upgrade (just the Custom Design), you don’t need a plan.Go to
http://junkailu.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.phpP.S.: your account is prior to September 1, 2014

Just wanted to mention that if you’d like to remove the shadow on just your Latex elements – instead of every image – you can tweak the CSS provided by g471n to this more specific code:
img.latex { -moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px #ccc; -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px #ccc; box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px #ccc; }Let us know if you need further help!
