Remove Sidebar from one Page

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

    I am working on the https://madoverlordstudios.com/ site, and have updated the theme from Hemmingway to Escutheon. The new theme is working pretty well, so I updated Home page from the Blog page to the static Published Works page. However, I’d like to remove the Sidebar with all the widgets from the Published Works page. I do not see anything in the Editor after looking under Page Attributes.
    Is there a way to remove the side bar so that the content on the Published Works page goes the full width of the page?

    Thanks!

    Hello

    It can be done via custom CSS please go to My Site → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the below code:

    .home .sidebar{
    display:none;
    }
     .home  .entry-wrapper {
        width: 100% !important;
    }

    Please not that You can use the CSS editor to customize the appearance of any WordPress.com site with a Premium plan or higher

    For more info see this support page doc here: https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css/#access-the-css-editor
