Remove sign from menu parent categories

Is there a css code to remove the + sign from my menu when i have drop down categories? I don’t want to remove the drop down categories but the + sign is ugly.

Hope you are doing great.
You can hide the + sign using
display: none;CSS. Please add this to the CSS class of the drop-down menu. It should work.Let me know if this helps!

That code didn’t help. I tried to use it in the CSS section of the customizer and there was no difference.

Since support volunteers including @archanasolanki11 and me can’t take a closer look at your site due to your site setting, we can’t figure out the CSS selector correctly. Therefore, I recommend you to wait for an assistance from staffs.
