Remove site from All My Sites

  Hello,
  In wordpress.com, My sites, there’s a list in All My Sites. In this list is 1 wordpress.com-site and 5 self-hosterd sites.
  How do I remove a self-hosted site from ‘All My Sites’?

  This self-hosted site should be added to All my Sites of somebody else. So, deleting the site in question is no option.
