Remove site from Jetpack

  I’m trying to remove dmh.deadcityradio.org from Jetpack – the site was part of a wordpress multi-site install; that instance has been deleted and I’ve replaced it with its own WP instance. This is the last bit on my to-do list and according to this thread – https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/remove-jetpack-site-from-wordpresscom?replies=2 – sites need to be removed by staff?

  Jetpack hasn’t been installed on the new site yet; I figured I’d clean up the remains of the old site first.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
