Remove Site From Monitor

  • Unknown's avatar

I used to own the domain theincredibleshrinkingme.com, but I have not renewed it. I am getting 30 – 60 emails a day from jetpack telling the the site is up, then down, then up. I do not want to get alerts, but i can not figure out how to remove it from my sites. There is no option to do so. Please make the emails stop.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As per previous Staff reply here:

Did you disconnect Jetpack and/or disable the Monitor module prior to taking down the site? If not, these messages continue to be sent since the system on our end doesn’t know the difference between a site being down due to hosting problems or if it’s down because you chose to take it down.

If you did not disconnect and no longer have access to the site in your MY SITES in order to disconnect it following this guide, please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag for Staff assistance.

No I did not disconnect the site before taking it down, as I had no idea it was even connected. I no longer have access to it, so I could really do with some assistance. Not sure how to add MODLOOK tag?
