Remove site link as it is a duplicate
-
Hello!
I don’t need this WordPress account, so not sure if you can remove it? It actually links to a website that is linked to from another WordPress.com account that I use.
Can you help?
Thanks.

WordPress.com can not be deleted, only abandoned. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ for details.

Ah, I see. I wonder if a member of staff can then remove the link to my site. They kindly have done this before. I can’t remove it.

Apologies, the above reply was me on another account I was logged into. Please can a member of staff can then remove the link associated with this account? They kindly have done this before. I can’t remove it.

Hi Graeme! To confirm, you’d like to remove the Jetpack linked site sheffieldkids.co.uk from your WordPress.com account sheffieldkids.co.uk?
I can do that for you if you reply to confirm. :)

Hi Shawna. Yes, please. That would be great. Thank you! :)
The same link exists in another WordPress.com account that I own and use, and this causes an issue in that when I disconnect Jetpack to try and remove it from this account, it disconnects it from the other account; I do need the link, just not in this account! So I guess having two links on different WordPress.com accounts is not good. Don’t know how I did that.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the confirmation! I’ve removed balmgreen as a Jetpack user on that site. But left the other user connected. :)
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
