Hi, Is there any way of removing website from wordpress.com or detecting what email was used to register website? The problem is we dont remember email address which was used to register website.

If its not possible are there any other ways to hide website from crawling by robots? There are some photos on website that we dont want to be publicly available anymore.

    Thanks for any advice!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

    Hi,

Thank you. But there is no other way to contact support than writing here. I dont have access to any info stated in form (transaction ID, activation URL or key,  two factor authentication codes that are required to submit form) ‘cos we dont remember what email was website registred from years ago.
Is there any way of detecting admin email address?

If not there is no other way of removing website? Like writing official letter from owner?

    Thanks

    Hey there,

We wouldn’t be able to reveal what the email address is for privacy reasons.

If you’re able to track the username, are you able to surmise what the email address could be with the account?

It may be a step forward in recovering the account.

    I hope this proves useful!
