  Hi,
  I would like to take my blog ofline, so taht it is no longer available for others to see, but me. Is that posible, or do I need to delete it entirely?

  Correct account: Yes

  Yes, you can change your site’s Privacy Settings to either “Coming Soon” mode or Private. Either of the two will hide your website contents online, only visible to you while logged in to WordPress.com.
