Remove sites from My Sites

  I have two old sites in My Sites that I want to remove. I’ve tried following your instructions to Disconnect JetPack but it doesn’t work (Setting isn’t there). What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the URLs of the sites? And exactly what happens when you use these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/?

  @schultzter please send the URLs for the sites that are giving you trouble. You should be able to remove them via My Sites > Settings, but if not, we an do it from our end.

  @schultzter can you clarify what emails you are getting from that site?

  Good evening,

  It appears they were using for support, but they’ve move to a different ticketing system now so I haven’t received any emails in a while. That’s the main reason I’m wanting to remove it from My Sites – there’s no reason for it any more.

  @schultzter Okay. When the site belongs to someone else and you’re a user on that site, you’ll want to log into their site and get rid of your account with them. I was able to temporarily remove it here, but if you don’t remove the account on their side, too, it will reappear on My Sites.

  Good afternoon,

  I was able to unlink my account from JetPack on fstopapp.com but I didn’t see any way to remove my account from their site.

  I’ll ask them to delete my account.
