Remove sites from wordpress.com

  Hi,

  I have two wordpress.com accounts linked to one site that I have personally hosted.
  I was hoping to use the Woo app but have found that on the mobile app it is stuck on one account. The Primary site cannot be removed.
  I would like to start from scratch and have both wordpress.com accounts deleted.
  As I have my sites hosted this should not delete anything on my sites should it?
  They are not wordpress.com sites.
