remove social share buttons

  Hi. i want to remove the social sharing buttons but don’t see the block in the post template. When I go to the ‘Sharing Settings’ I just get a link to go to the site editor and that doesn’t do anything. I swear in the past there was sharing setting page where I could just get rid of ALL of that stuff. Am I missing something?
