Remove spaces from search string

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,
Im looking for help to see if its possible to remove spaces and dashes from a search string.
So for example if someone was to search:

    once upon-a-time

and I used <?php the_search_query() ?> to send the search query to create a new post (using TDO Mini forms) the new post title would be ready written as:

    onceuponatime

    I hope that makes sense.

Yup, as the support bot says you’ll need to head over to http://wordpress.org/support/ for help with that; as we can only be of use with WordPress.com queries here I’m afraid.
