Remove Sticky-ness from existing posts in Apostrophe theme

    Hi,
I am apparently caught up in the issues surrounding the new editor roll-out (which is very confusing and limits flexibility, BTW). I had made some posts sticky prior to the editor switch, with the assumption that I would then be able to go back and remove the sticky-ness of them later.
I want to promote OTHER posts now with the sticky feature, but can now no longer do that.
Is there a work around? I have removed everything related to sticky-ness that I am able to to in the customize section of the wp admin things.
The blog I desperately need help with (so I can purchase a domain and potentially go self-hosted) is http://www.milkidseducationconsulting.wordpress.com.
    Thanks!

I’m new to WordPress, so with megflanaganconsulting’s comment, I now realize that I don’t have the editor that matches all the support topics. I need to remove the stickyness of a post, too, and can’t figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. My blog is theletterista.com.
