Hi there,
The only sites I see on your @quinnz0818 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:
As you can see all sites on WordPress.com use the root URL and do not add a ‘www’ subdomain.
Is it possible you are referring to a site you created under a different login that we are not able to see? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Can I remove wordpress in the URL link and use quinnz0818.com ? And how do I append “www” when I need it?

Hi @quinnz0818, sure, you can make your site quinnz0818.com It would require any one of our paid plans:
https://wordpress.com/pricingIf you only need the domain, I’d recommend Personal. It add a bunch of other features and removes ads as well. And, you’ll get a chance to add your domain after you’ve upgraded.
As for adding www: on our servers for SEO and other optimization reasons, we just leave www off in the address bar. But, if you were to type http://www.quinnz0818.com, it would simply redirect you to https://quinnz0818.com.
Does that help? If not, send more details and we’ll go from there.
