remove table border on paeg

  there is a border surrounding the lower portion of the text.

  I’ve specified bordercolor=white in an attempt to remove this border, but it’s not working.

  What can I do to remove the border?

  Thanks, that does sound simple enough, but it doesn’t work either. I wonder if the theme is overriding it?

  I’m not seeing any borders in Safari or FireFox. Could it be a browser (IE) issue?

  Try adding style:
  <table style="background-color:#ffffff; border:1px solid #ffffff;" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" >

  Interesting about IE vs Firefox! Wonder what’s up with that?

  anyway, the table style suggestion worked! Thank you!

  I’m not an html guy, but am curious. Why did style work and the word “table” alone seemed to work with some settings but not others?

  at 2nd glance i realize the first reference included “style” too. I thought I cut and paste the whole thing, but maybe somehow i missed that. Thanks to all!

  I bet firefox was just more forgiving of bad html. IE8 claims to be pretty strict to the standards.
