Remove tfa/ sms verification

  I want to remove mt tfa since my phone number ending with [redacted] was no longer active. I can’t received any sms code. This is my second request.

  I need your assistance here.

  Hi there,

  Please avoid posting your phone number on this forum in the future as it is public, but I’ve tagged staff to remove.

  In terms of disabling two step authentication, please follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#disabling-two-step-authentication

  If you’re not receiving an SMS with a code, please use one of your back-up codes instead.

  Let us know if you encounter any other issues!

  Hi there,

  Do you have access to the backup codes @torres126 mentioned? If you do, you can use one of those codes to disable the two-step authentication.

  No backup codes either. How can i remove the tfa, if i can’t pass through the asking of verification code? :(
