The Feedback is always temporarely closed. – This is a problem. A big one

This is not resolved as someone else had the same problem – but did not have the CSS editing.
    I do, but I can’t remove the 0 comments.

I can’t remove the 0 comments. Even though I’ve disabled it from the dashbord alo-ong time ago. When you click on it… It gives you a blank thing.

It’s not resolved because there really isn’t a solution as far as I know. The “comments” is part of .metadata in the CSS and if you set it to display: none; it will take out all the metadata including the categories and tags. “Comments” is not separate.

This is a problem. A big one. I have disabled comments – and now I’m left with a 0 comments (even though they would be very much willing to post).

I feel this topic needs to be taken to a much more serious level of WordPress management.
I’d hate to sound serious, but the matter is quite sincere.

Then you need to discuss it with staff directly via the Support button in your dashboard. Or post it to the Ideas forum, to get a feel for how many other people would be interested.

The only “problem” is, that without that “0 comments” link it will be difficult for your readers to find a way to comment your posts: the only chance to reach the comment window would than be to click on the post title, which is not that easy to understand. Do you see the point?

Please don’t open new threads on the same issue.
