remove the jetpack plugin

Hello.
Would it be possible to remove the jetpack plugin from from self-hosted site ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We provide support here only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and no others and that site is not among them.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. now I am log in at WordPress.com and is see my site at My sites logo (top ). so the question is not related with WordPress.com ?
N.T: I have no WordPress.org Id. what can I do?
