remove the leave a reply

  Hi,

  Can you please tell mehow i can remove the “leave a comment” section that comes up on my pages.

  i dont want anyone to be able to make a comment or leave a reply on the page.

  On Dashboard->Settings->Discussion, disable commenting on Pages. On existing pages, Edit them and disable commenting on them one by one on the Edit page.

  thanks for the reply. i went there and unchecked everything and it is still there (“leave a reply”) box!!

  Hi,

  if you go to the specific page and click edit, go to the very top of the page and it should have a grey tag that says “screen options”. click that down and select the discussion tab. you should then be able to remove them from the page if you scroll down and un tick them
