Remove the Older posts button?
-
Hi
I need to know how I can remove the button, Older posts, at the bottom of my webside?
Where do I sign up for more access so I can change my webside?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It would require the paid CSS upgrade and some experience editing CSS to remove that link, but I’m curious as to why you would want to remove it as it allows your viewers to navigate back to your older posts easily.

Good question.
I want to collect all my older posts and pulblish it in book later. So I only want to show my blog for a part of time.

OK. As I said you will need the paid CSS upgrade ($10US) and at least a little CSS experience to hide the “older posts” link.

Actually, I am in error. With the theme you are using, that link is controlled by the same section of the CSS that controls other links, so hiding that hides a bunch of other things that you would not want to hide, so with your current theme, it is not possible.
Sorry for misleading you.

Ok, thanks anyway. It is nice to have the assistance like this for wordpress.
So I probably need to go some other way to do this.

Yes, and you are welcome.
I don’t right at the moment know which themes have the “older posts” link controlled separately, but I know that there are themes in which it is controlled separately. It would be a matter of looking at other themes and finding one that you liked that had it controlled separately. If you have any experience with CSS editing, then this would not be too difficult to do. If you do not, then of course it would be much more of a challenge.

I just looked at the recently added Vigilance theme, and in that theme it can be hidden without hiding other things.
