  How do I remove or change the Posted By … information on the Home Page screen that displays upon entry to the site.

  This is a feature of your current theme – if you want to remove this text, you’ll need to implement some Custom CSS. Custom CSS is available through the Custom Design upgrade, and costs $30/year.
