Remove the rainbow flag

Hi,
I have an annoying rainbow that appears on the top of my personal stats board since about 2 or 3 days. How can I remove it?

The rainbow banner question has already been answered. I’m happy to answer other WordPress.com related questions. While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
