Remove the same link that is on every post throughout my blog
-
I placed a link at the top of every blog post. I did that because I was inexperienced. The link is to an internal blog page named “Table of Contents.” I’d like to find a way to remove that link from every post in my blog (500 posts). It’s at the very top.
Is there a way to do that?
Thank you!

Hi Judy,
You can do this by first exporting all your posts from :
http://myjourneysinsight.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=export-choices
and then using a text editor such as Notepad++ you can open the exported file in order to find and replace all the occurrences of the text you want to remove (i.e.BLOG TABLE OF CONTENTS). Make sure to include the <a href.. portion of the text in order to remove it completely.
Each post will have start with
such as:

My post contents my link BLOG TABLE OF CONTENTS the rest of my post content…
After modifying the exported file, you can re-import it. Please note that this will take some time but you will receive an e-mail from WordPress once it is complete.
Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance and I’ll do my best to assist you.
Take care,
Onur

Hi there, sorry to say there isn’t any quick fix for this. You will need to edit each post and remove the link manually from the post and then update it.
