Remove the SEARCH BOX

  How can I remove the SEARCH BOX from the top of my banner? It covers a portion of one of my page index titles. I have tried removing the Search Widget…but that doesn’t work. I want to put the Search Box in my Sidebar. When I place it there through the Widget, the one on top of the banner remains where it is…then I have two Search boxes. Please help. Thank you.

  that’s just apart of the theme, you cannot remove that search box. The best you can do is switch to a new theme that doesn’t have a built in search box.

  Thank you so much… I actually just realized this a few minutes ago when I took another look at the theme I chose. Now, to decide…live with it, or find another theme. Thanks again. Anastasia
