remove the site unavailable message

    So I deleted my site in the past and have a blog on my own web site now. But my wordpress blog site appears still in Google and the page says ‘is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.’ which is not good for my customers to view. Is there a way to keep this page from appearing?

    Hi cajabolek2015! I apologize for the current issues you’re facing, let’s get it fixed!

    I personally can’t provide how to fix this issue. If you still have access to the site, it may be possible to tweak this part. However, I believe this may be a job for the Happiness Engineers. Don’t quote me on that though.

    It also looks like this issue is a Google search issue, seeing as it still comes up on searches. If you would like to remove your site from Google, you can follow the instructions provided in this page.

    I hope I could be of some help. Please let me know if you need anything else!

    That message will display for as long as wordpress.COM is online. It cannot be removed. That is why most of us choose to make a site private rather than deleting it.

    @eallas
    Are you trying to get on Staff?
    I’m speculating that could be why threads you answer begin with apologies for things you are not responsible for and have smarmy endings. If your answer is yes see here: https://automattic.com/work-with-us/
    Also note that Volunteers can answer these kind of support threads but Staff wannbes may want to answer CSS editing threads.
