  Hi,
  in every post appears “This entry was published on November 13, 2013 at 1:06 pm and is filed under menu 1. Bookmark the permalink. Follow any comments here with the RSS feed for this post. “
  I can’t find a way to get rid of it,any ideas please?

  Note > Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
  scroll down to
  Follow Comments: __ Show a ‘follow comments” option in the comment form
  Follow Blog: __ Show a ‘follow blog’ option in the comment form

  You can enable or disable those but you cannot hide the date and that text without the upgrade. Also be aware that you cannot remove the other built-in RSS Feeds http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/
