Remove the Word Press.com welcome, call to action button and use this template…

    Would like to remove the call to action button, the ‘use this template…’ and the Welcome to WordPress banner on the title of the site. Also, the url https:// address doesn’t seem to want to work off a mobile device. Thanks, ya’ll
