  Hi you cannot completly run your site without a theme. Therefore you can just install another theme via Design>Themes or you can reset your blog at Manage>Settings>Site Tools (scroll down), here you can delete all your content to start over fresh. If you want to keep your content and only use another theme you should not do this. Just get a new theme.
