Remove theme

  I’m trying to cancel my website but it won’t allow me to remove theme from purchases.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you talking about the site linked above which only contains one post or a different site? Often it is easier to just make a site private in case you find a use for it in the future. Deleting a site means you can’t use that particular address again.

  If you still wish to delete a site then staff intervention is needed if you have previously purchased a (never expiring) Premium theme. I’ve added modlook in the tag box to the right and hopefully staff will assist in due course.

  @themagicrobot is right – you have the theme upgrade indefinitely, so if you think you ever would want to use it again in the future, I would advise making your site private.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme upgrade from your account so that you can proceed with deleting your site. Let me know.
