re: switching themes
Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
Note that switching themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site you just go to
and type in the theme name and click activate.http://awningmasters.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.
If you do not know what the previous theme name is Volunteers cannot help any longer as the names of themes have been removed for the bottom of the sites where they used to appear so using Google’s cached docs is not a useless effort.
If you don’t know the previous theme’s name type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Also subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Hello –
You’ve used Lodestar, Canape, and Baskerville 2 recently. Each of those can be activated from wordpress.com/themes/lodestar – wordpress.com/themes/canape – wordpress.com/themes/baskerville
