    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received.

    re: Canceling upgrades and disabling auto renew
    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

    Your site is too confusing and have wasted a year trying to make this work and I am not willing to pay for another year.
    Please do not charge me for an automatic renewal I do not want your service and I do not know how to stop it online. I have instructed my credit card company to deny payment of this $99.
    Thank you for your assistance in this matter in advance. I found out you were charging me automatically over the weekend for another year and tried to call as well as send an email. I have done all I can do to make you understand. Please do not charge me for another year.

    There are no charges listed on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (reigndancerministries). Any charges would be listed in your Billing History here:

    Could you have made the purchase using a different account?
