Remove Traces of Old Pages?
-
I’ve been working on a website for a guitar shop, which basically involved logging into the dashboard and deleting all the old pages, and I started from scratch from there to maintain the same account and domain mapping etc…
However, even though I deleted all the old pages, Google’s first results for my website are pages that no longer exist such as “Recent Posts” and things like that. Is there a way to totally wipe traces of these old pages? Photos still appear on Google images as well… I basically just want to have a totally clean slate!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content or a blog does not remove indexed content in it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
If you don’t have a lot of content you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

Damn it… OK thanks! I’ve gone through and made sure all the trash is emptied so all I have on my site now (“deleted” and live) is only what I want, now for Google to clear their cache.. Great :P
Thanks!
