    It looks like the theme you are using does not have a setting for removing the author credit and does not support the site editor. There are a couple of options you have for removing the author credit.

    First, since you are using your Gallery post more like a page, you could use a page instead, which will not have post information like the author.

    Second, you could change your theme to one that supports the Site Editor. This will allow you to have a lot more control over the design of your page by allowing you to edit the page templates directly. This would include making changes like removing the author credit.
