    Hi!

I have mapped my domain ‘ciudadanocritico.es’ to my blog ‘ciudadanocritico.worpress.com’. It works perfectly. But now I wonder: Is it possible to remove from the explorer navigation bar the ‘W’ worpress icon?

No it’s not possible to remove this favicon. You can send staff a feedback and request custom favicons be introduced and why you want one. Others have requested them too.

It’s called a favicon just for reference and not currently. Some folks have tried doing it with css if they have the upgrade. Not sure if they got it working or not.

It´s a pity that we can map a domain but still have to see the W favicon. I suggest WordPress to solve this topic, maybe as a paid upgrade. I’d be really interested.

Well if you want to make the suggestion, best bet would be via feedback and not here in the forums. You may have noted that we don’t see staff around here that often.

Also considering that this has come up many many times in the past….

Yep, there are tons of past threads on this topic. I did a search yesterday because I had the same question. ;) I’m hoping it becomes a possibility eventually. In the meantime, I do think the wordpress icon still looks good.
