Remove website/access from my dashboard
-
Hello, I had helped a former client with a website but we have parted ways and I removed myself as a user and made sure the client has all admin rights. However, I still see the website on my dashboard and when I click on it I am logged in as the client. This is a huge problem and I need to solve this asap.
Thank you in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I went ahead and disconnected mariabrisahealthandwellness.com from your WordPress.com account, so you should no longer have access to it from your WordPress.com dashboard. Hope this helps.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you! -
@staff-doublebassd Thank you so much! The former client will still be able to access everything, correct from her login, correct?

Hey, @jwhited77!

That site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but with Bluehost, so we can’t provide any specifics on whether they can access it from their end.
💡 You can find the site hosting details here: https://whohosts.pro/mariabrisahealthandwellness.com
If they have any issues accessing their self-hosted WordPress site, they should contact their hosting provider (Bluehost) for help 😊
