Remove White Space

  Hi,
  At the bottom of the blog/web page there is a lot of white space with headings such as recent posts, recent comments, categories, meta and archives.
  I do not want this to appear. How can I hide it or remove it? is this possible.
  Am using gallery theme.

  That is the default display. Every theme has a default display arrangement of what appears to be actual widgets. If you move even one widget at Appearance – Widgets then you override the default display.
