Remove white space at top of body

  Hi! I’ve got CSS Customization and can’t find the answer to this:

  How do you adjust (minimize) the default space between top of the main body and content in the body (in the case of my home page, it’s an image of a family.

  In other words, I want less space between the gray border and the top of the heads.
