Remove White Space Exford Theme / Adjust menu & logo accordingly

  Hi,

  I am trying to do a few things to the header section of my site using Exford Theme:

  1) remove the header white space on my site on all pages,
  2) change the primary menu location so that the menu sits on top of the image at the top of the page
  3) move the logo to the left and inline with the menu
  4) add a search to the primary menu

  The site is kurilane.com.
