remove white text box in skeptical

  I would like to change colors on the white box behind the txt in the skeptical theme. I have purchased the Custom Design upgrade and still cannot find the way to change the color. Any Ideas?

  I included the declarations for the bottom and right border as well. If you do not want to change those, just leave them out.
