  i need help i wanna remove some widgets i want to remove meta catgeroires and keep the rest http://orclworldwide.wordpress.com/

  Just go to Appearance->Widgets and add any widget to your sidebar. That will wipe out the configuration of prefab widgets. Then add back in any widgets you want and save.
