remove WordPress welcome message in google search console

    I have created a website with WordPress after I launched it. in the google search console I see a message under my URL ” Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start writing! January 24, 2023. Got any book recommendations? Get In Touch …” I check with some articles with deleting posts and deleting database records. also I have done the google index and SEO for this site but its still remain the same. how can I remove this. please give a solution for it

  • Hi! Your site isn’t hosted here with us, but I’d recommend making sure that starter article is no longer in your posts. Just go to wp-admin/posts, and look for it there. Trash it if it exists.

    Then, you can ask Google to remove that page:
