remove wordpress.com / jetpack profile link to site

At one point, I connected jetpack on a self-hosted site to my wordpress.com account. I have since removed the site from my wordpress.com account, but I still get notifications for the site, and my gravatar shows up on other people’s blogs that list the site in their little blogroll.
It seems there is some sort of link still there.
How can I completely sever the connection?
