remove "You may use these HTML tags and attributes: "

Hi. I’m new to wordpress. After struggling with Joomla for two years, I’ve found wordpress light and very easy to use. I am however, banging my head against a brick wall over this problem and google isn’t bringing anything up on the subject.
At the bottom of a page or post, there’s a option for people to leave a reply to the post. It includes:
You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
<cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike>I suspect my customers won't understand this or want to include it in any response but I can't find the css or php file that includes this. Can anyone help?

If you are using 3.0 and editing php files then you are not hosted on WordPress.COM
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM, this site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

you mean i have to register with a different site and re post this?
I know I’m new to his but there is a whiff of the “why make life easy when you can over complicate things” about it.
Thanks all the same.

Yes this means you should make friends over at WordPress.ORG, the answers to your questions are way different as we don’t have access to the php files here and the software works different in several ways despite being “WordPress”
