Hi there, I’m not seeing any images on the site you reference, and I’m not seeing the Custom Design Upgrade on any of your sites. Can you give us a link to the site you are wanting help with?

site is Pantopaquemyodil I have gaps between sections due to REMOVING media [pictures] but when I delete them am left with the box that surrounded the picture, try to delete box but cant, hope you understand what I am try to say. I have tried moving up data etc BUT too much to move when just deleting the boxes would be so much simplier Thanks Happiness Engineer. Derek

How are you removing the images? If you wish to remove an image from a post or page, what you would do would be to open that page or post in the editor, highlight the image you wish to remove and click the “X” icon that appears at the top of the image. That will remove the image from the post or page. By box, I can only assume you are talking about the box which appears when you have an image caption. With the above procedure, it should remove the caption and box as well as the image.
Since I’m not seeing any missing images on your site, I can’t really say for certain what is causing the issue.

Sadly that is not the case if one deletes a picture/graphic by clicking on the x it LEAVES the box so after deletes a few previously loaded into my blog and continuing writing I end up with this space, in one case deleting 2 pictures/graphics [that followed each other I now have a large gap between the writing prior to and afterwards. I have tried many ways to delete but it stays there, in fact, I have been moving up some of what I have writing below these boxes by cutting a pasting it in there. there must be a simple way to do this, maybe I am deleting them wrong but as you said highlight and click x but that damn box remains, oh thanks for this mate

Hmmm, sorry about the problems. Do you perhaps have a draft post with this issue that I can look at? I can see in your dashboard, so I can look at draft posts, or do you have one on your site now that I can look at? Don’t worry, we’ll get to the bottom of this for you and get it solved.
I had tested in my test blog with Big Brother and have not been able to reproduce the issue. Let me know if you have something I can look at.
