Removed domain

  Earlier I removed a domain from a wordpress.com site as I moved to a self hosted instance, but it seems that the domain is still pointed to wordpress.com. How long does this process take to be removed from your servers? the domain is pack548.org

  Hello!

  When looking at the WhoIs information, I see:

  Hosting provider: Digital Ocean
  Name Servers:
  ns2.digitalocean.com
  ns3.digitalocean.com
  ns1.digitalocean.com

  It does look like the name servers are correct and the domain is pointing to the new host, but I see the site is not live. That leads me to believe you still need to finish the setup from you new host’s end.

  Either way, I’m going to tag a MODLOOK on this, so that a staff member can help you from here.

  pack548.org is coming up for me as of this post.

  DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate through the internet and sometimes the site owner is the last one to see it. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and refreshing the page. Meantime, you can watch the domain propagation on this website https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/pack548.org
